We ensure that all products are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email us immediately. Please retain the original package for returns, otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
• Exchange Items: After receiving the item, contact us within 30 days, if you would like to change size, change colors then we can help you. In this case we send correct size as your purchase but you would like to change please pays for return shipping.
• Wrong size, wrong color and item damaged: If you received items but items has been wrong size, color, damaged (please give us a photo about mistake) then we will give you a full refund money or re-ship new items to you. Moreover in this case you do not need return items please keep it as a gift. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
